Not every project or client has the same need. This project was accomplished on a fixed budget and erected in 10 days. It has a three bay garage with a studio loft above and required an impressive amount of seismic engineering despite it’s simple appearance. The roof and dormers were hand cut to maximize headroom clearances and interior appearance.

Special consideration was also given to the building’s relationship in height and design with the existing character home on the property.
